I can't tell you how many times I've meant to write this letter - so here it goes. I sincerely want to congratulate your staff at the Niagara Falls Boulevard store, particularly Joe. He is professional, sincere, and a fantastic problem solver. He has an excellent knowledge of products and procedures and has obviously spent the time to learn it. Regarding the rest of the staff - I don't know who picks these people - but it's refreshing to deal with friendly knowledgeable people who actually give a damn.
I've always been satisfied with the products that Schuele carries as well as the service. I don't care that Consumer Reports rates HD paint number one, BULL! They can't come close to the level of service and quality that Joe and his crew provide! Thanks for all you guys do!

Last week my wife and I stopped at your store to get some paint, and have it matched to a small chip we had. On entering the store the sales representative Ryan was polite and friendly. While he was working up the correct formula, he showed a lot of patience, and was eager to please. We would like to commend his ability to please the customer. When we left the store we were so very pleased with the way the whole sale was handled. If sales reps. all over were like Ryan it would be a pleasure to shop.
